Michelle Okwudiafor is a governance and organisational change leader working at the intersection of AI, technology and human behaviour. Her career has taken her from law to communications, organisational transformation and governance, giving her a rare view of what happens when technology meets the reality of how organisations actually work. Michelle challenges the assumption that AI adoption is primarily a technology problem. It isn't. It is a people, culture and governance challenge. She helps leaders navigate the questions that sit beyond the technology: How do you build trust in AI? What should humans remain accountable for? How do you change behaviour at scale?
