Michelle is a systems thinker who works where most organisations struggle, at the messy intersection of law, governance, communication and human behaviour. She began her career in a law firm, then moved into communications and advocacy, discovering a truth many leaders overlook: organisations don’t change because technology evolves. They change because people do. Today, she helps organisations confront the uncomfortable reality of AI adoption; that trust, clarity and culture matter far more than algorithms. Through Brave360, she works with leaders to redesign the human systems that determine whether AI becomes a force for progress or a source of chaos. She also leads Career Invest, supporting early‑career professionals and women to build confidence, agency and careers that feel possible, not accidental. Michelle speaks across Europe on the future of work, responsible innovation and the governance challenges organisations can no longer ignore. Her work blends legal thinking with human insight, challenging leaders to rethink how decisions are made, how trust is built and how collaboration must evolve in an AI‑accelerated world. Her mission is direct: to make organisations braver, more human and far more prepared for the future they’re already living in.
