Attendees will learn how leading organizations in healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services are applying AI at each stage while balancing governance, risk, change management, and value realization. Through real-world examples, proven adoption patterns, and measurable success indicators, you'll leave with a framework for assessing your organization's current state and building a roadmap to achieve sustainable business outcomes with AI.
