Imagine this: a company with over 300,000 users in Entra ID, more than 20,000 Power Apps, 120,000 Cloud Flows, and over 5,000 Copilot Agents. Looks scary, doesn't it? This is a true story that presents multiple lessons and rants from governing Power Platform at scale for one of the 100 biggest companies in the world, drawing on insights from over five years of consulting experience in Microsoft Low-Code Technologies. This session will cover both practical solutions and candid observations from real-world governance challenges. As with Power Platform governance, unexpected ranting issues can arise, on topics such as solution dependencies failing to update or user access being blocked (Gen Pages / UX project), or a minor error in a Copilot Studio knowledge file causing significant disruptions. To illustrate the scale, between November and December 2025, the number of Copilot Agents created increased from 600 to 1,000 in one month. In the past 30 days, approximately 500 apps, 4,000 flows, and 17,000 Power BI objects were created. Ready to experience it with me?
