Application Lifecycle Management is important and provides a framework for managing the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications. In the Power Platform ecosystem, solutions are the mechanism for implementing ALM. For building applications in the Dataverse environment, you can easily create a solution, include the necessary components in it, and configure Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD. Or even easier - you can use Pipelines in the Managed Environment. But what if you are developing Power Apps applications in the Dataverse for Teams? In this case, you can't create a solution and automate CI/CD? Don't panic! We have tips for you! In this session, we'll take a look at how to automate CI/CD for applications, flows and tables that you've created in Dataverse for Teams using just the Microsoft 365 E3 license and Azure DevOps. We will tell you about all the challenges that you may encounter on this journey and show you how to solve them. At the end of this session, we will have pipelines ready to automatically deploy our application from one Dataverse for Teams environment to another.

In the evolving landscape of AI-driven chatbots, a paramount challenge lies in the chatbot's capability to accurately interpret and classify a user's intent. This critical step is foundational for delivering precise and contextually relevant responses to user inquiries, thereby elevating user experience and satisfaction. The essence of refining chatbot interactions lies in the precision of query classification. By accurately identifying user intent, chatbots can offer responses that are not just accurate, but also highly relevant to the user's specific context. This optimization is key to boosting the performance of digital assistants across a myriad of applications. Our approach centers on leveraging Azure ML Prompt Flow, an innovative tool designed to enhance chatbots' comprehension and categorization of user queries. Through the integration of Prompt Flow, we can significantly refine how chatbots analyze and classify queries, paving the way for responses that are more aligned with user expectations. This interactive session will walk participants through the seamless process of incorporating Prompt Flow into Azure ML and its synergy with Azure OpenAI to amplify chatbot interactions. Attendees will delve into the technical nuances of query classification and discover the essential steps for embedding Prompt Flow into their chatbot frameworks. By the session's conclusion, participants will have mastered configuring an endpoint through Azure ML to boost chatbot query understanding and response accuracy. Importantly, this endpoint will be versatile, ready to enhance chatbot functionality across various user interfaces, including Copilot Studio, customer portals, apps, and internal platforms, ensuring a broad and effective deployment of your chatbot solutions.
